Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Process and coordinate authorizations for PAS/PHC services. Communicate with insurance providers, managed care organizations, and state agencies. Monitor and follow up on authorization requests to ensure timely approvals. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications Customer service experience required. Healthcare, PAS/PHC, or authorization experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
