Key Responsibilities Supervise the staff providing personal home care services to clients in their homes. Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care. Conduct home visits to monitor service delivery, client needs, and overall quality of care. Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, and office staff regarding service needs, schedules, and concerns. Address staffing and scheduling issues and coordinate appropriate solutions when changes or coverage are needed. Monitor caregiver performance and provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and client care requirements. Maintain accurate documentation related to client services, supervisory visits, and staff activities. Identify and report changes in client needs, service concerns, or other issues requiring follow-up. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support of field caregivers as needed. Ensure services are delivered professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.

Pay:
