Key Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line system
- Answering a high volume of texts, emails, social media messages
- Managing and coordinating efficient bookings
- Handling client & customer inquiries
- Stocking retail area
- Ensure cash float is balanced
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Greet & guide clients as they arrive
