Job Description:
Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Cashier/Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing all activities surrounding the cashiering and customer service staff.Job Duties:

Recruit, hire, coach, train, schedule, set goals and provide feedbackGovern:
Complete timekeeper functions, administer benefit pay accurately and track staff paperwork in regards to job orders, class changes and terminationsCollaborate:
Respond to all communications daily and attend schedule training eventsResolve:
Receive and follow-up with appropriate manager for all escalated customer situationsLead:
Follow policies, discipline staff as needed, control expenses and turnoverSupport:

Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred 3-5 years of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular basis 2 years of supervisory or management experience 1 year of retail experience English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Data entry skills per established department requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background checkBenefits:
