Are a team player first Have 2+ years of field service industry experience Are highly organized and can keep track of a LOT of moving pieces Have excellent customer service and communication skills Can prioritize work and keep technician schedules full and productive Think ahead instead of waiting for someone to tell you what needs to happen next Recognize opportunities instead of simply taking orders—you understand how to sell value Want to learn everything Integrity Fleet Services offers so you can confidently explain it to customers Know how to ask questions, listen to customers, and uncover additional needs Build customer relationships instead of treating calls like transactions Can create estimates, process Service Orders and invoices, resolve discrepancies, and follow through to completion Have strong attention to detail and solid record-keeping skills Can multitask without letting important details fall through the cracks Are self-manageable and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done Can stay professional and focused when things get busy Learn quickly and adapt when priorities change Communicate effectively across multiple departments Take ownership and hold yourself accountable for results Believe that "that's not my job" isn't how great teams operate Want to be part of a growing company where your work actually mattersBonus Points:
