Augustine Marketing is a client and business consulting firm hiring an Entry-Level Business Manager for the fast-paced world of AT&T. The Entry Level Business Manager will engage in lively business discussions, manage a diverse set of customer accounts, and develop the skills to support team development. As an Entry Level Business Manager, you focus on customer retention and AT&T account expansion through friendly, in-store interactions. Comprehensive training ensures the Entry Level Business Manager is prepared to balance account maintenance with high-quality customer satisfaction delivery. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager Build lasting relationships face-to-face, managing accounts for local AT&T customers. Help customers upgrade AT&T devices and adjust plans. Manage a small team of customer representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction of AT&T enrollment in retail settings. Handle and manage activations and updates, ensuring smooth service every time. Review usage with customers, identifying opportunities for added value. Keep the store organized and inviting, supporting customer service and sales conversations. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Business Manager High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or customer support jobs. Dependable in keeping accounts updated and customers satisfied. Driven to succeed and grow into a senior Business Management role with AT&T.
