This role is ideal for someone who writes and speaks exceptionally well , thrives in client-facing environments, and has experience training customers on business software. You will be the primary owner of customer relationships - from onboarding through long-term success - ensuring clients fully adopt and gain measurable value from the Mothernode platform. This is not a passive support role. You will lead implementations, conduct training, manage expectations, and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Client Relationship & Success Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build long-term, trusted relationships through proactive communication Guide customers toward successful adoption and ongoing use of the software Host webinars, product walkthroughs, and feature presentations Implementation & Training Lead software implementations from onboarding through go-live Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions (1:1 and group) Translate complex workflows into clear, understandable guidance Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and internal resources Support & Communication Respond to customer inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and urgency Diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and follow through to completion Communicate bugs, feedback, and enhancement requests to the development team Assist with release notes and customer-facing documentation Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with development, support, and leadership teams Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and customer experience Advocate for the customer while balancing business and technical realities What We're Looking For (Required) 5+ years of experience supporting business software in a customer-facing role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (this is critical) Experience conducting client-facing software training or onboarding Strong understanding of business workflows (CRM, ERP, estimating, order management, inventory, etc.) Comfortable presenting to customers via webinars and live sessions Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently Strongly Preferred Experience in industries such as signage, construction, manufacturing, architectural design, or production environments Prior work with ERP or CRM systems (Mothernode, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace Additional Requirements Professional, polished demeanor with a customer-first mindset Ability to work on-site in Grapevine, TX Occasional travel (up to 5%) for client visits or training Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Monday-Friday, 8-hour work schedule On-site role in
