We're hiring an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our growing team and support customer-focused sales activities for AT&T solutions. This is a full-time position with hands-on training, coaching, and opportunities to grow. You don't need previous telecommunications or sales experience. We're especially interested in candidates who enjoy connecting with different types of customers and learning how to build successful sales relationships. What You'll Be Doing 1.

Connect With Customers:

Create professional customer interactions, ask questions, and learn about individual needs and preferences. 2.

Support Sales Activities:

Assist with presenting AT&T solutions and develop practical skills in customer engagement, product education, and sales. 3.

Explain Available Solutions:

Communicate product features, options, and benefits in a simple and easy-to-understand way. 4.

Build Customer Relationships:

Use strong communication and active listening to create positive experiences and establish customer trust. 5.

Assist With Enrollment:

Guide customers through the appropriate enrollment process while ensuring information is communicated accurately. 6.

Learn & Grow:

Participate in ongoing coaching and training designed to strengthen sales, communication, customer service, and professional development skills. What Makes You a Strong Fit? Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional setting. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Goal-oriented and motivated by personal and team results. Coachable, dependable, and able to work effectively with a team. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or telecommunications is helpful but not required.
