Job Description

Customer Service Manager We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and serve as a key connection between customers and internal departments. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support throughout the order process. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-development skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the customer service team. Train employees, provide feedback, and support professional development. Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance. Serve as a primary customer contact for orders, forecasts, delivery schedules, and account needs. Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Review and process purchase orders, contracts, and customer requirements. Coordinate forecasts and order information with planning, production, purchasing, quality, sales, and shipping teams. Provide customers with updates on orders, production status, and delivery schedules. Proactively communicate potential delays or issues and help develop solutions. Resolve customer complaints and escalated service issues professionally and efficiently. Lead regular customer service team meetings to review priorities, open orders, and customer concerns. Develop and improve customer service procedures and processes. Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, reports, and correspondence. Support customer account management, forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and special projects. Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Help improve efficiency and minimize unnecessary labor, material, and resource costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered. 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience required. Candidates with 7+ years of leadership experience in customer service, manufacturing, production planning, production control, or a related field are strongly encouraged to apply. Proven experience managing, training, and developing employees. Strong customer service and client relationship management experience. Experience resolving escalated customer concerns and complex service issues. Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, deadlines, and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with an ERP or manufacturing operating system required; MieTrak experience is a plus . Experience with purchase orders, contract review, order processing, forecasting, and production coordination preferred. Manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar customer service experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Salary:
Starting at $75,000.00
