Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a bilingual, licensed professional to fill the role of a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at our Tyler, Texas office. In this position, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, managing their personal lines insurance needs with expertise and providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships by offering knowledgeable and friendly service in multiple languages. Manage and oversee a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring clients' coverage meets their needs. Advise clients on policy coverage options and help them make informed decisions about their insurance. Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and advocate for clients' interests. Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details. Stay current with the latest trends and products in the personal lines insurance market.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license (P&C) Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele. Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient with computers and common industry software applications.

Work Schedule:

This position is based in our Tyler, Texas office. M-F 8-5
