Full Job Description Wealth & Trust Associate Location:
Waco Bosque Banking Center | Waco, TX Extraco Banks is seeking a Wealth & Trust Associate to join our Wealth & Trust team at our Waco Bosque Banking Center in Waco, Texas. This is a fully onsite position. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a client-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting wealth management and trust administration activities. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional client service, maintaining accurate account documentation, and supporting operational processes for Wealth & Trust relationships.Summary :
Detail-oriented and service-focused individual with strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other banking software systems Plays a key role in supporting client service, account administration, and operational activities for Wealth & Trust relationships Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal business partnersExperience :
Minimum 1 year of banking, financial services, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Experience in wealth management, trust administration, investment services, or account servicing is a plus Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel required Experience handling confidential client information preferredKnowledge Requirements, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics:

Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, operations staff, and internal business partners regarding account servicing matters Assist with new account setup and account maintenance in accordance with established procedures Prepare, review, organize, and maintain account documentation and client records Process account transactions and service requests while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor assigned workflows and follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion Maintain electronic and physical client files in accordance with privacy and record retention requirements Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding account status, documentation needs, and service requests Identify discrepancies, documentation deficiencies, or servicing issues and escalate as appropriate Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational quality initiatives Assist with onboarding, training, workflow coordination, or special projects as assigned Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and support compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies Perform additional duties and projects as assignedEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered Why Extraco?
