Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-touch client support throughout inheritance and beneficiary account processes Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and internal teams Assist with account transitions, asset transfers, estate-related requests, and documentation processing Deliver empathetic, professional, and timely customer service while managing sensitive financial matters Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed case documentation and update internal systems accordingly Ensure compliance with company policies, verification procedures, and regulatory guidelines Manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced operations environment

Qualifications:
