Job Description
Requirements:
Responsible for ordering appraisals, broker price opinions, environmental and foreclosure reports, track and follow collateral insurance. Assists Consumer Loan Workout Officer with securing collateral, equity, or assets of the borrower to preserve the loan principal to prevent or limits losses. Assists with the liquidation real estate or other assets as necessary. Develops good working relationships with internal and external industry contacts. Maintains files and reports, inputs data in Bank systems. Responsible for maintaining forms and documenting/preparing outgoing correspondence for Consumer Loan Workout Officers to borrowers. Inputs financial data into systems. Assist consumer loan workout officers with determining if borrowers are in the military or bankruptcy to determine work out strategies. Other duties as required. Qualifications Requires a High School diploma or equivalent 4+ years experience with consumer loan processes, credit, credit and lending analysis, banking or other directly related experience. A combination of experience and a college degree may meet qualifications. Advanced knowledge of loans, credit reviews, foreclosures, taxes, insurance, appraisals Must have excellent judgment, time management, customer service and computer skills. Ability to work with relationship managers and clients as needed.Location:
