The restaurant offers a variety of family-friendly meals, including breakfast, burgers, salads, and shakes, with baked goods prepared fresh on-site. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations across our restaurant location. This role is vital in maintaining exceptional customer service, managing staff, and supporting overall store performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. Supervise and motivate team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock replenishment to optimize store profitability. Handle cash handling, cashiering, and POS system management with accuracy and integrity. Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities to boost sales. Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth workflow. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to a positive store atmosphere through effective communication. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in retail or restaurant environments with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and payroll processing. Familiarity with budgeting, sales management, merchandising, and store management principles.
