Atomic Promotions is growing, and we're looking for a driven Full-time Entry Level Manager to help lead that growth from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real leadership experience. As an Entry Level Manager, you'll start by mastering our Verizon FiOS campaign face-to-face with customers, learning how to introduce high-speed fiber internet as a solution that fits into people's everyday lives. From there, you'll move into coaching and developing new team members as you grow into a leadership track, building the same skills you used with customers into the ability to lead a team. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Manager Lead by example in daily face-to-face conversations with customers about Verizon FiOS, setting the standard for the team Learn the fundamentals of representing FiOS to customers, then train incoming associates on those same skills Track team performance against daily and weekly targets, identifying what's working and adjusting on the fly Step into scheduling, team coordination, and basic operational decisions as you progress Represent the Verizon FiOS brand professionally in every customer interaction Act as a point of contact for team and customer questions, troubleshooting, and morale What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Manager No prior management experience required we promote from within and train our leaders A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred Natural leadership instincts: someone others already turn to for direction Competitive drive paired with a genuine interest in developing people Comfortable in fast-paced, customer -facing environments Coachable, with a long-term mindset toward career growth
