Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a trade association, is seeking a client success coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.

About The Job:

Serve on the front line of the client experience, responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat Act as a subject-matter resource on programs, products, and services Assess and resolve low

• to medium-complexity inquiries while maintaining quality and performance standards Document all client interactions accurately within customer management systems Provide entry-level troubleshooting and follow up on escalated inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements to enhance client experience

About You:

High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
