This position will support our Intake Manager by handling the foundational aspects of lead creation, documentation, and initial assessments. Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to thoroughness are critical in setting the stage for a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Creation:
Create new leads by efficiently capturing essential client information.
Documentation:
Manage and organize client documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, accurate, and filed correctly.
Client Assessments:
Collect and prepare necessary information to assess new clients and facilitate their transition within the company.
Onboarding Collaboration:
Work closely with the Intake Manager to ensure that all aspects of client onboarding are handled promptly and professionally.
Communication Support:
Maintain effective communication with new clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they feel informed and at ease. Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
