ProspectBlue is partnering with a well-established company in the print, mailing, and fulfillment industry to identify an experienced Account Manager / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the industry and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of account management or customer service experience within the print, mailing, fulfillment, or a closely related industry. Industry knowledge is important for this role, particularly experience with offset and digital printing and mailing.What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary liaison between assigned sales representatives, customers, and internal teams. Manage multiple print, mailing, and fulfillment projects from start to finish. Review new projects against estimated specifications and identify when a project needs to be re-estimated. Communicate customer needs and expectations to the scheduling team. Review work orders, specifications, and schedules for accuracy. Partner closely with the production team to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently. Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services.What We're Looking For:
5+ years of account management, customer service, or related experience within the print, mailing, or fulfillment industry. Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing and mailing processes. High attention to detail and a strong sense of organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. Ability to recognize opportunities, collaborate with others, and follow through to get results. High school diploma or equivalent.
