Operations Team Lead

Blue Cow Carwash is hiring a shift supervisor in Anacortes. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, individual with prior supervisor experience who can commit to long term employment with our team. Weekend availability (8am-6pm) is required. Prior customer service and supervising experience required. The Shift Manager has the opportunity to: Assist to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment Assist to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through training of team members Continually evaluate and react to performance issues Assist to train and develop team members in all aspects of the Blue Cow business, such as cashiering and safety Maintain awareness and train team members on services provided by Blue Cow Assist to train team members on selling additional and/or better services to customers Oversee the productivity and breaks of all employees Ensure location is well maintained Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash) Prepare site for daily business operations and performs all closing and opening tasks Help process vehicles per company standards Learn and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system
