We are a sales representative firm engaged in the plumbing, heating & construction industries. We have been in business for 35 years and have earned a reputation for being a leader in customer service. We are looking for a candidate who will continue to provide the same level of professionalism, service, and energy that we are known for. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cheerful disposition and a passion for helping others. This role will be Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p full-time.
Duties:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products or services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Assist customers with account setup and maintenance
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records and update our cloud-based storage information as needed
  • Assist management and sales staff with tasks and various projects
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and be a self-starter
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
