Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with account setup and maintenance
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update our cloud-based storage information as needed
- Assist management and sales staff with tasks and various projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and be a self-starter
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:
$25.00- $35.
