Established and growing dealership Strong customer base and service traffic Collaborative leadership team Career advancement opportunities Supportive work environment focused on success Assistant Service Manager / Service Drive Manager Job Responsibilities Manage daily service drive operations and customer flow Support and coach service advisors to maximize customer satisfaction and performance Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the repair process Handle customer concerns and help resolve escalated situations professionally Monitor service schedules and workflow to improve efficiency Work closely with technicians, advisors, and department management to meet performance goals Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Assist in achieving departmental sales, productivity, and profitability objectives Ensure dealership policies and manufacturer standards are followed Assistant Service Manager /
Service Drive Manager Benefits and Compensation Compensation:
$90,000
  • $110,000 annually to start, based on experience and qualifications.
