Job Description

Looking for More Than Just a Job? At Chandler Insurance Solutions, we're looking for a friendly, organized, dependable person who wants to build a career—not simply clock in and clock out. Our insurance agency is looking for a Client Service & Office Administrator to become an important part of our team. This position will begin with a strong focus on client service, communication, scheduling, data entry, and day-to-day office support. As you learn the business and demonstrate your abilities, you'll have the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager / Client Success role with increasing responsibility. You don't need to know everything about insurance when you start. We will train you. We will invest in you. We will pay for your insurance licensing. What we need is someone who is smart, dependable, teachable, organized, comfortable talking with people, and genuinely enjoys helping others. What You'll Be Doing Your day will be varied. You'll be the person helping keep our office organized, our clients taken care of, and our team moving forward.
Responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting clients who visit our office Answering phones and providing professional, friendly customer service Responding to emails and client requests Scheduling appointments and gathering information Entering and maintaining accurate client information in our CRM Organizing and maintaining digital and paper files Processing applications and other insurance-related paperwork Helping clients with basic questions about their existing policies Assisting with quotes and preparing materials for client presentations Supporting our sales team with administrative tasks and projects Operating standard office equipment Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions for clients and team members Learning the insurance industry and our agency's systems Working toward becoming a licensed insurance professional Taking increasing ownership of office operations as you grow in the position This Could Be a Great Fit If You... When you join our team, you can expect: $22-$27/hour DOE Full-time, stable employment Paid insurance licensing and training Opportunity to build a long-term career in the insurance industry Opportunity to grow into an Office Manager / Client Success leadership role Training and support as you learn the business A position where your ideas, initiative, and problem-solving abilities matter The opportunity to become an important part of a local business and team QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED At least one year of related work experience and/or training Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers and learning new software Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to type approximately 50+ words per minute Ability to successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment drug screening Preferred Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other Microsoft 365 applications Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF documents Previous office administration, customer service, banking, healthcare, real estate, or insurance experience Experience working with CRM or database systems Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Growth & Licensing This position is designed to grow with the right person. As you become more comfortable with our systems, clients, and insurance products, you'll take on additional responsibilities and have the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent . You'll learn to anticipate what needs to be done, solve problems before they become bigger problems, take care of clients, support your coworkers, and keep the office running smoothly. Some days will be busy and challenging. That's part of the opportunity. We're looking for someone who can handle those situations with accuracy, professionalism, kindness, and good judgment.
