Altitude in Prosser is looking to fill a Floor Manager position! We are looking for a dependable and trustworthy individual who can be a part of our team. We need retail professionals who are detail oriented and willing to learn quickly. We want sales people, not just cashiers. This is a serious job; professionalism is of the utmost importance to Altitude. We have very high standards for customer service, timeliness, willingness to learn, and flexibility. We expect our staff to set the bar for customer care and cannabis knowledge in this industry. This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to balance multiple tasks at once. Cannabis knowledge and passion is a plus! This is a fun, but serious job. We expect our staff to enjoy their work while understanding that this is a heavily regulated industry with many rules and laws that we must abide by. Responsibilities and Duties Delivering industry leading customer service Meet and exceed daily sales metrics/goals 100% compliance with all state rules and laws related to the sale of recreational marijuana. Ability to complete daily tasks. Able to follow direction and work as a team. Follow procedures and multitask. Open and closing duties Qualifications and Skills Retail sales, cashiering or customer service experience is required. High degree of attention to detail Open availability. Friendly, outgoing team player. Successful candidates must have reliable transportation and be a least 21 years of age.
