We are seeking a Service Coordinator who is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients throughout the jewelry repair and service process. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with jewelry repairs, inspections, cleanings, and warranty services Create accurate repair intake tickets and document customer requests Communicate repair timelines, pricing, and status updates Coordinate with jewelers and vendors regarding repair completion Schedule appointments and maintain service records Ensure all customer items are handled securely and accurately Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and via email Support store operations and special projects as needed Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Professional appearance and positive attitude Jewelry industry experience is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive pay Training and development opportunities Employee discounts Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities Health benefits PTO 401(k) Employee discounts Vendor purchase programs Ongoing training and development
