Job Description
Job Summary We are a busy, people-focused real estate office looking for an organized, dependable, and genuinely helpful Office Administrator & Client Services Coordinator to be an important part of our team. This position is at the center of our day-to-day office operations, supporting our leadership team and approximately 70-90 Realtors while helping create a welcoming, professional environment for agents, clients, and guests. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day. You may be answering the phone one minute, helping an agent troubleshoot a problem the next, preparing for a meeting, processing paperwork, or assisting with a marketing request. The right person for this role is approachable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable learning new systems, asking questions, and finding solutions. This position also provides marketing and limited listing support to our agents; however, customer service and administrative support are the primary focus of the role. Advanced graphic design experience is not required. We're more interested in finding someone who is organized, service-minded, comfortable with technology, and willing to learn. What Success Looks Like in This Role A successful person in this position notices when someone walks into the office and makes them feel welcome. They follow through when an agent asks for help. They can keep track of multiple responsibilities without losing sight of the details. They aren't afraid to troubleshoot a problem, look for an answer, or ask the right person for help. Most importantly, they're someone the office can count on.
