Full-time and Part-time positions available nights and weekends as needed. Promote outstanding customer service with all guests and associates. Project a professional personal image (be a great example) Directs front end staff and ensure adequate staffing Develop plan of action for day to day work, communicate tasks, priorities and follow up. Follow standards for performance, direct changes as indicated. Provide regular feedback, coaching and discipline to employees. Provide tasks and training to develop staff. Monitor staffing to address customer flow. Follow established policies on change, check cashing, NSF checks and checking cashiers in and out. Take care of routine concerns about merchandise by exchange or refund. Ensure that the staff has working and safe equipment and tools. Work with the Bookkeeper to create and maintain accuracy and accountability of the cashiers and courtesy. Run a register and bag groceries as needed. Be sure that each customer receives prompt and courteous service. Take call-ins for the Front End staff. Call other staff in as necessary. Adjust schedules according to customer flow. Organize and administer the break schedule according to customer flow.
Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
