The primary focus of this role is answering incoming customer calls, but the right person will have the opportunity to grow into broader office responsibilities over time. What you'll do day-to-day: Answer incoming customer calls (the primary role you will have) Schedule service calls and route to the appropriate technicians Create new customer records and work orders in our software Greet and assist walk-in customers File paperwork and handle general office tasks Submit warranty paperwork What this role can grow into: We want someone who can take on more responsibility as they learn the business - eventually contributing to install paperwork, vendor coordination, and broader office operations. As you take on more responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work independently, your compensation will grow with the value you bring. This is a role with real room to advance for the right person.
Helpful but not required:
Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or another trades office Previous CSR, dispatch, receptionist, or scheduling experience Familiarity with service-based business workflows Our hiring process includes a brief skills and aptitude assessment, along with a structured interview.
