Responsibilities:

Oversee Service Area (FOH) team

• ensure tasks are being followed, work is being done efficiently, and in compliance with all Food Safety requirements Back up Service Area during rush periods, as needed, throughout the day Ensure reliable shift coverage
• managing FOH Hiring and Scheduling processes Communicate and maintain schedules and order requests for Front of House Coordinate communication between teams (via Service Manager, BOH) Perform standard End-of-Day tasks (cash drawer, tips, inventory sheets) Assist with catering, dishes, sidework, and other cleaning tasks, as needed
