Job Description

Cavco Dorchester is hiring a Junior Account Manager for our sales department. This position is an entry-level inside position primarily assisting with home sales to our retail centers and community owners. As a Junior Account Manager your daily responsibilities include: Creating quotes, with floor plans, for detailed customer follow-ups Correlate orders for our internal order check and prep them for the production floor Engage with the dealer base via email, telephone and some field travel Support sales staff and other departments as needed Periodic mailings of marketing collateral
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of the building industry and home construction Computer skills using Windows 365 and the full Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma/Equivalent degree and desire for quality customer service
