Position Overview The Client Experience Associate helps ensure every IWP client receives a seamless, responsive, and personalized experience. This is a Wausau-based position supporting our entire IWP team and client base . Because our firm is fully integrated, you'll work with clients and team members across both Wausau and Eau Claire using shared technology, client files, workflows, and communication systems. You'll play an important role in client communication, meeting coordination, onboarding, follow-up, CRM management, and execution of client action items. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys helping people, embraces technology, and naturally looks for ways to make things better. Key Responsibilities Client Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client needs. Answer and route incoming calls. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders. Communicate with clients by phone and email. Assist with onboarding and re-onboarding. Proactively follow up on outstanding information, documents, signatures, and requests. Help create a consistently exceptional client experience. Client Action Items & Planning Support Track and coordinate client action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Assist with execution of Financial Action Plans. Coordinate planning-related tasks identified during client meetings. Maintain accurate client information, notes, and activity in the firm's CRM. Support meeting preparation and follow-up. Technology & Process Improvement Utilize IWP's technology to its fullest potential. Learn and effectively use our CRM, workflow, communication, document management, and other technology platforms. Help maintain clean and organized client data. Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to improve efficiency and client service. Help create and improve scalable processes across the firm.

Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Prior experience in client service, financial services, wealth management, professional services, or a similar environment is preferred. CRM, technology, or workflow experience is a plus. You don't need to know all of our technology when you start. $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
