Job Description

Position Summary Coordinate all workflow from estimates to finished product and related functions, all with commitment to the Great Northern - Oshkosh Value Proposition. Estimates product costs according to customer requirements. May include requesting quotes for outsourced materials from vendors. Provides price levels in conjunction with the sales team for approval. Thinks outside the box to propose new ways of looking at things to meet the customer's needs and win the business. Receives customer order information directly from customers or account manager Brings together all of the necessary order entry specifications and details so the order can be manufactured and delivered per the customer's request, including art, manufacturing & shipping to meet the customer's expectations. Enters all order specification information into the system including customer, product, boards, dies, inks, design, pricing, ship dates, etc. Expedites orders through design, prepress, production and shipping. Communicates with production, shipping, sales and outside vendors to meet customer needs. Checks all invoices for customer orders in a timely fashion and helps resolve discrepancies. Report customer complaints (using Epicor) to Quality Assurance System. Coordinates with shipping for pick-up and delivery of both incoming inventory and outgoing customer orders. Tracks due dates, shipments and receipt of products by the customer. Monitor finished goods inventories and aged inventory warehouse levels. Notifies customers of price changes and delays. Other duties, as assigned. Pay/Schedule Minimum of $26.00/hour, negotiable based on experience. Monday-Friday 8 hours between 7am and 5pm. Flexibility for overtime.
