Job Description
Temporary Role (September through January 2027 (this may change depending on business needs)Monday-Friday, NO weekendsPosition start time is flexible but no earlier than 8am (no late shifts required)30-40 hours per weekPotential to become a permanent position!
Are you a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Support Specialist to join our Customer Relations team! In this role, you are responsible for resolving customer and order issues and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll also have the opportunity to support our mail order processing, gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of our operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in delivering top-notch service, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities with confidence and independence.
What You'll DoDeliver outstanding customer supportReview and resolve orders placed on hold due to missing information or processing issuesMake outbound calls to proactively resolve order or account concernsSupport our mail order processSpot potential issues (missing enclosures, problem orders, etc.) and troubleshoot before entryValidate scanned checks and ensure accuracyCatch and correct discrepancies with a sharp eye for detailide range of customer concerns via email, with a focus on fast, one-and-done solutionsMeet department standards for productivity and qualityTake on various projects and tasks as assigned, adapting as priorities shiftWork independently and use sound judgment to make smart, timely decisionsEnjoy the opportunity to cross-train in other Customer Relations functions based on business needs and your interests If you're organized, self-motivated, and enjoy a role where no two days are exactly the same, we'd love to hear from you!
What You BringExcellent communication skills this is a must!
Microsoft Office skills are a nice bonusPrior customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredA sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving instinctsA flexible, positive attitude toward new tasks and responsibilitiesA collaborative spirit and love of teamworkWhat Makes You Successful HereAttendance is crucial. Team members need to be dependable and work the shift they are scheduled for the success of our organization. Flexibility is valued. Order volume can call for extra hours, and we appreciate team members ready to step up.

Required education, skills, abilities, and experience:
High school degree or equivalent.
Must have good customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications
