Schulfer & Associates Wealth Management is a growing boutique wealth management firm seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for a mature, professional, caring, and highly organized individual who enjoys helping others and creating exceptional experiences for clients. As the first person clients interact with when they call or visit our office, you play a key role in delivering our signature White Glove Experience. Our clients have grown accustom to a level of personalized attention, warmth, responsiveness, and professionalism that goes beyond typical customer service. Welcome clients and guests to our office and create a positive first impression Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and client requests Coordinate client communications and follow-up activities Schedule client strategy meetings and prepare for appointments Assist advisors and team members with administrative and operational tasks Organize and coordinate client appreciation events and educational workshops Maintain accurate client records and documentation Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office And more as our growing firm continues to evolve About Us Join our close-knit team of seven: three experienced Wealth Management Advisors and four dedicated administrative professionals.
