Customer Service & Order Coordinator

Position Overview We're looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also being the friendly face customers see when they walk in. This role is a mix of: ✔ Customer service ✔ Order coordination ✔ Light creative work ✔ General shop organization You are not responsible for running orders from start to finish , but you are responsible for helping ensure nothing gets missed and everything keeps moving. What You'll Be Doing Greet and assist walk-in customers Check out retail customers (POS system) Pack completed orders for pickup or delivery Contact customers when orders are ready Help monitor order flow and flag anything delayed or missing Perform basic data entry and filing Keep orders, paperwork, and workspace organized Create simple, beginner-level designs (text layouts, basic, etc.) Support the team with day-to-day shop tasks What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and organized Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail (this is HUGE for us) Basic computer skills A creative mindset — you don't need to be a professional designer, but you should be comfortable putting together simple, clean designs such as flyers and event posters Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

$12.00 - $17.00 per hour
