Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing various administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for organization. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, and implement efficient processes to meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities Oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage event planning activities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Supervise staff performance, conduct training sessions, and facilitate professional development opportunities. Handle vendor management tasks to ensure optimal service levels from external partners. Maintain accurate records of payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities. Ensure effective schedule management for staff and resources to meet operational demands. Coordinate human resources functions related to hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Implement office management practices that promote efficiency and organization within the team. Manage front desk operations including phone systems and calendar management. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible. Skills Strong event planning capabilities with a focus on enhancing customer experiences. Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. . Excellent schedule management skills to optimize team performance. Experience in vendor management to maintain productive partnerships. Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration. Solid budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in bookkeeping activities. Background in office experience with clerical duties that support overall operations. Administrative experience that contributes to efficient office management practices. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Proficient in filing systems and maintaining organized documentation. Experience with front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems. Competence in calendar management to coordinate schedules effectively. Skills in training & development to enhance team capabilities.
