Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming, Montana and Rapid City is currently hiring for the position of Service Coordinator within our Operations Department. Renewal by Andersen is the Full-Service Window & Patio Door Replacement Division of Andersen which has been manufacturing windows and doors for over 115 years. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact through daily interactions with our homeowners. This includes monitoring homeowner feedback while also helping to resolve homeowner concerns. This involves coordinating with installers, sales staff, service technicians and other office staff to resolve homeowner concerns in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Create and manage homeowner accounts and service requests. Take calls from homeowners and help resolve issues over the phone, using a virtual application or by scheduling an appointment. Schedule in-home appointments across multiple territories. Exceed homeowner expectations with proper scheduling Call or text homeowners with reminders of upcoming appointments. Purchase window/door products for all warranty and non-warranty repairs. Check sales order confirmations for accuracy and estimated shipping timeframes. Coordinate with logistics for weekly product deliveries. Order entry purchasing of service stock parts for warehouses. Ensure thorough communication between office and field staff Create quotes and collect payment from homeowners for out of warranty work. Monitor and respond to homeowner's feedback, survey comments or requests. Position Requires the following

Strong interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and exceptional time management Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Salesforce, and Adobe Pro. Dependability in meeting deadlines. Experience in scheduling a plus. This is a job requiring 8 hours a day in front of computer monitors at a sit / stand desk.
