The successful candidate will have solid multi-tasking skills, impeccable customer service and perform with a high level of accuracy - all with a smile on your face! The team at VCA Far Country is fun, hardworking and we strive to take the best possible care of our patients and clients. We are looking for someone who:

• Is detail oriented and has the ability to own their oversights and mistakes
• Adept at learning new information quickly and are largely self-directed in performing their work
• Able to take feedback and direction well, with a positive can-do attitude
• Has an upbeat attitude with calm demeanor, can handle stressful periods in the work day
• Is absolutely committed to making the clinic the best possible environment for clients and co-workers alike Essential duties of this position are:
• Greeting clients, answering multi line phone system, making appointments
• Cash handling-collecting deposits and processing payments
• Managing medical records, reports and correspondence
• Ensuring lobby and other client accessible areas are neat, clean and free from odors.
