(located on Kalifornsky Beach Road near Ciechanski) -- We are seeking a dynamic, competent, and efficient computer savvy office worker to join our Team. We pride ourselves in providing the very best customer service in this field. This vital role will receive calls to provide septic pumping services, schedule and prepare service orders using a specialized dispatch software, dispatch drivers to provide those services. Employee will maintain the daily dispatch service schedule for 5-8 septic drivers. Other related duties as may be assigned. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience. Time management is essential. Phone rings consistently throughout the day, and you may spend all day in our busy months on the phone scheduling and problem solving with customers. If you don't like to be on the phone, do not apply. With training, provide after hours dispatch support on a rotational basis with other team members. Must be flexible to adjust to changing priorities. Requirements Proven office and clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of roads and businesses in the area; as you'll be dispatching, it is essential to have an understanding of the road system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Take the initiative to learn about septic systems; how they operate and problem solving. Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette Able to work Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM in winter; hours will change in summer. Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, proofreading. Accuracy is essential. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines Able to quickly adjust to changing situations (i.e., scheduled driver unable to work, emergency services, etc).

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
