We are seeking a versatile and energetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service, Graphic Design, Screen Printer, Engraver, and Heat Press Operator. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to combine creative design skills with hands-on production expertise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, design, and manufacturing, eager to deliver outstanding products and service while maintaining a lively work environment. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selections, order inquiries, and customization options. Develop compelling graphic designs for apparel, signage, and promotional items using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Prepare design files for print production with precise color management, layout design, and file formatting to ensure high-quality output. Operate screen printing equipment to produce vibrant custom apparel, ensuring accurate registration and color consistency. Use engraving tools to add detailed logos or artwork onto various materials with precision. Manage heat press operations for transferring designs onto garments or other substrates efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment calibration and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines.
