Major Job Responsibilities Account & Order Management Execute pricing workflows by facilitating accurate quotes and managing custom project specifications. Oversee complex accounts from initial order intake through production scheduling to meet strict delivery timelines. Monitor inventory health and track order lifecycles proactively to mitigate supply chain disruptions. Generate data-driven reports to share performance metrics and project updates directly with corporate clients. Production Planning & Procurement Coordinate outside purchases for specialized materials and third-party manufacturing services. Partner with scheduling teams to evaluate production backlogs and optimize machine demand allocation. Conduct pre-pricing reviews with production leaders to validate manufacturing feasibility and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support Serve as primary liaison between external customers, sales teams, credit analysts, and collections departments. Log, research, and troubleshoot customer quality issues using structured root-cause analysis. Synthesize complex information rapidly across verbal and written channels to maintain operational agility.

Experience & Education Manufacturing Experience:
3-5 years of progressive experience within a manufacturing or production environment (Preferred).
Customer Support:
Strong background in industrial customer service and operational workflow management (Required).
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (Required).
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Pay varies with experience and education. Higher end of pay range would be for employee with experience in our industry and software.
