Job Description
Our client is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their growing Bessemer team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, staying organized, and learning how business operations work behind the scenes. While logistics experience is helpful, the right person can learn the industry — what matters most is your communication, urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Compensation:
$20-$22/hour, Contract opportunity (3-4 months)
What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to a high volume of customer emails and service inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Research customer questions, shipment issues, and service concerns to determine the best solution
Process orders, bills of lading, applications, forms, and other customer requests accurately
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information
Track shipments and work through problems by researching multiple systems and sources
Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to resolve customer needs
Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support additional operational projects What You'll Need to be
Considered:
Previous customer service, client support, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales support, or similar experience
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
