Customer Service Analyst (Full-Time)
Location:
Brewton, AL Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values communication, growth, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Provide step-by-step guidance related to account access, applications, and services Troubleshoot issues across mobile devices, applications, and computer systems Utilize internal tools, email, and messaging platforms to manage workload Document customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and track follow-ups Submit and manage internal tickets using proper processes and systems Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask across multiple systems in real time Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
