Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information. Handle data entry tasks with precision using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading and document management. Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with administrative tasks like filing, copying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills; experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous. Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while demonstrating excellent time management skills. $59,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
