What You'll Do:

Contact customers who have requested assistance to schedule appointments with the finance department — no cold calling! Follow up with leads who aren't ready to schedule and customers who missed their appointments. Use CRM software to log calls, track customer interactions, and manage lead information. Confirm appointments to help minimize no-shows and keep the process running smoothly. Answer customer questions and address concerns before they arrive at the dealership. Provide exceptional customer service through professional, courteous, and helpful interactions. Build positive relationships with customers while helping them take the next step toward finding financing options.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Key skills and qualifications include : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and sales skills Excellent customer service skills Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow up consistently Strong organizational and time-management skills Previous customer service, sales, telemarketing, or phone sales experience is preferred Positive, cheerful, and enthusiastic personality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Phone sales experience is helpful, but we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
