Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized Client Service Associate to support our team and provide excellent service to our clients. This role is responsible for gathering client information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth client experience. Responsibilities Request and organize client documents and information. Follow up on outstanding client items. Communicate with clients by phone, email, and client portal. Maintain accurate client records. Assist with onboarding documents, engagement letters, and authorizations. Support staff, managers, and partners with client needs. Help improve office and client service processes. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
