63261076 Job Description We are currently seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative! This is a full-time, hourly position for someone who is highly computer literate, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Provide professional and timely customer service through email. Respond to customer questions and assist with customer needs. Operate and assist with troubleshooting handheld scanner equipment. Assist with general duties as needed in an active work environment. Qualifications Must be able to read and write English. Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Must be adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technology. Ability to work in a physically active environment and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working around peanuts and peanut products.
