63121459 Job Description The Strategic Support Representative provides professional customer support, resolves service issues, monitors accounts, and works with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Investigate and resolve service issues, including missed pickups and delivery delays. Monitor accounts, resolve compliance issues, and coordinate with internal teams. Track shipments and apply required ANSI codes. Maintain accurate records and support customer requirements. Participate in meetings and identify opportunities to improve service and processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and office software. Detail-oriented, organized, professional, and team-focused. Commitment to customer service and confidentiality.
