Part Time Department:
Customer Service Job Statement Responsible for greeting customers and offering general assistance. Works with the Lobby Receptionist to direct customer traffic. Processes all customer interactions with courtesy, professionalism and upbeat tone/attitude to build exceptional customer experiences. Provide additional support to various Customer Service Departments by assisting with various tasks. Essential Duties Assists Front Desk Receptionist. Assists with greeting customers and offering assistance. Uses a goodwill statement as the customer leaves. Direct and help customers sign into registration kiosks for Customer Service and/or Commercial. Assist customers at Payment Kiosks. This includes helping the customer process payments. Notifies employees of visitor arrivals, customer drop offs, FedEx/UPS packages, etc. Provide backup for the Contact Center PBX Operator. Answers incoming customer calls via multi-line switchboard. Completes clerical duties such as filing, scanning, shredding, organizing, mail, etc. Performs additional duties as assigned.Job Requirements Education/Training/Certification:
Currently enrolled in High School or equivalent as a Junior or Senior.Experience/Skills:
Dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work well with others. Applicant must possess good human relation skills and clear verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:
Primarily sedentary work in an office environment.Equipment:
