Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and driven customer support professional to join Aviagen as a Customer Support Representative. As part of our operations team, you will work closely for success to help drive Aviagen's customer support initiatives. You will be a primary point of contact for our Customers and will have a huge impact on customers experience and the growth of the company. Position Summary The Central Planner is responsible for coordinating customer order fulfillment across multiple regions to ensure customer requirements and business priorities are met. This role serves as a key link between customers, regions, operations, and production planning. The Central Planner participates in order creation and maintenance, customer and business communications, fulfillment monitoring, data analysis, and the resolution of supply-related challenges. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus. Duties Create, validate, and manage customer orders and changes within company systems, ensuring accurate order information and communication. Collaborate with teams to confirm order dates, fulfillment locations, and delivery requirements while supporting customer expectations, quality standards, and operational capabilities. Track, analyze, and report on production performance, order activity, and other planning metrics. Collaborate with planning teams and regional operations to resolve supply chain challenges. Support regional and customer requests by providing timely information, coordination, and issue resolution. Partner with central and regional teams, including customer service, operations, production planning, and sales, to ensure successful execution of order fulfillment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Two or more years of experience in planning, supply chain, customer order management, logistics, operations, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with production and order management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
