Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In-Office We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with experience in DME, healthcare, medical office, or front desk operations . This role is ideal for candidates with strong patient service, insurance verification, EMR, and scheduling experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk support and greet patients professionally Verify insurance and enter patient information in EMR systems (Brightree preferred) Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist patient inquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with technicians and internal teams

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in healthcare, DME, medical receptionist, or customer service EMR and Microsoft Office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
